The Ezine Coaching, Writing, Design & Production Package

If you want to publish an ezine but don't have the time (or interest) in doing any of it by yourself. In a nutshell: you have an idea, we write/design/publish for you.

This program includes:

• two-hour toll-free telephone interview before development begins;
• one 60-minute toll-free follow up call per week during the program;
• unlimited email interaction, 7 days per week, 8am-5pm EST.

We supply for you:

• custom design of your ezine template/premiere issue ($150 value);
• custom design of a virtual 3-D cover for your ezine (for use on you web site, $97 value);
• one 300-600 word original article per month, based on your 50-word outline;
• article submission to major article directories (one article per month, 50+ directories);
• development of a written, comprehensive, Ezine publishing plan;
• customized set-up of a newsletter delivery system using a third-party Email System Provider (ESP) (your choice of 1ShoppingCart, Aweber, Constant Contact or GetResponse);
  N.B. If you choose a different ESP, then an additional, one-time charge of $87 applies.
• ongoing project management and reporting;
• we broadcast your ezine for you, once a month, using your ESP account; plus one more email message to your list (a "solo" mailing, such as a special offer or discount) per month.

You supply:

• answers to a 2-page questionnaire before project begins;
• monthly: 50-word article outline in either written format or as a voice mail to our 24-hour audio recording line;
• monthly: a written personal note to go at the top of the ezine, as an introduction to the issue;
• your ESP account login/password.

The Production Only Package
You write the articles, we produce and broadcast the ezine for you.

This program includes:

• one-hour toll-free telephone interview before development begins;
• one 30-minute toll-free follow up call per month during the program;
• up to 5 emails to me per week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST.

We supply for you:

• we addopt/modify an existing template available in 1ShoppingCart, Aweber, Constant Contact or GetResponse; based on your web site design, or our own HTML ezine template design (purchased separately)
• development of a written, comprehensive, Ezine publishing plan;
• customized set-up of a newsletter delivery system using a third-party Email System Provider (your choice of 1ShoppingCart, Aweber, Constant Contact or GetResponse);
  N.B. If you choose a different ESP, then an additional, one-time charge of $87 applies.
• ongoing project management;
• we broadcast your ezine for you, once a month, using your ESP account; and one more email message to your list (a "solo" mailing, such as a special offer or discount) per month,

If you have a web site, I will keep the "look-and-feel" of it and apply it to your ezine design, so that your web site visitors and ezine subscribers have the same visual experience. If you don't have a web site designed yet, I will start from scratch and design an ezine that will present your work or your business in the best possible light. You can even apply this design to your web site - simply add $450 and I will create and upload your new web site for you, too (up to 10 pages).

General Rules and Terms:

• Before we proceed we both sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Payments are by credit card processed by PayPal, or certified cheque.
• Project begins on the day we receive your first payment.
• All services are payable in advance.
• Payments are processed either every 30, 90, 180 or 360 days as a subscription. You can cancel at any time, after the minimum commitment.
